HGTV DANGER

I am a huge HGTV addict. For those of you who have never watched it, don't start...unless you are prepared to hate your house and have a large bank account to redo everything!!! It's not enough just to do one room, cause once that's done, you just want to move on! It's never ending. Anyway...I was watching one of my favorite designers the other day (Candace Olsen) redo a bathroom. The end result was amazing and althought I knew I would never get to do all the things she did, I knew I could at least copy the colors. That night I mentioned to Matt that I wanted to paint the downstairs bathroom to which he didn't say much. Matt doesn't love to paint and never starts the project on his own! I usually start it unannounced to which he just shakes his head and ends up finishing the project that I get burned out from doing! Yes...he is a great husband to put up with me!!! So anyway...the very next day I went out to lunch with some friends and when I came home Matt had painted the base boards and was taping the room!!! I got to go pick out paint and by midnight we had a newly painted bathroom. The next day I went and picked all the accessories out...and VOILA! A beautiful new bathroom. Here is the finished project!
