This is the best pizza recipe ever...not just because it's good, but it's sooo easy! My kids love making mini pizzas and calzones. Here is the recipe 1 cup warm water 1 Tbs. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbs. yeast (add altogether and let sit for 10 min. or until yeast is soft) add 2 cups of flour and mix. If the dough is sticking to the sides slowly add more flour until it doesn't stick-be cafeful not to add too much or it will be too dense. This recipe will make one large pizza or you can divide it to make as many smaller pizzas or calzones you want. We just use Ragu pizza sauce and our favorite toppings. For calzones just fold the mini pizza in half and fold and pinch closed the open end. For one large pizza or calzones bake @ 350 for 20 min....mini pizza's 15 min. Thanks Blaine and Heather for the recipe!
Fun Places to Visit
Here are some of the places we have visited over the past year. This is the first time in our married lives we've been able to go on trips with just Matt and I (besides Disneyland of course). I'm glad we were able to do it, because with a new baby on the way...it may be a while before we can do that again! We've loved each of these places for different reasons, but I think Matt's and my favorite was New York.

Nice! It looks like he made a comfy bed to go with his cushion fort!
