Some of those boys look exactly like your brothers! How fun that you could all be together. Seeing all of those cousins together brought back memories of all of us at Grandma's house back in the day. We had so much fun together, and now your kids get to create fun memories with their cousins too. How fun!
I love Bear Lake! And how fun that your kids have so many cousins to play with. We ran into Dave Ratchford the other day and thought it might be fun to try to get together next week. Are you guys around? I think it would be so fun to catch up with everyone!
This is Debi (Willes) Evans. I found your blog through Linzee's - I hope that's ok. Your family is adorable. I would love to catch up with you. Oh and, I think the cabin you stayed in at Bear Lake is the same one we stayed in last year with my whole family. It really is a small world. I hope you are doing well. Take care!
Debi! I hope you'll read this because I don't know how to contact you! It's good to hear from you. Do you have a personal blog or email or something I can contact you with? Let me know!!
This is the best pizza recipe ever...not just because it's good, but it's sooo easy! My kids love making mini pizzas and calzones. Here is the recipe 1 cup warm water 1 Tbs. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbs. yeast (add altogether and let sit for 10 min. or until yeast is soft) add 2 cups of flour and mix. If the dough is sticking to the sides slowly add more flour until it doesn't stick-be cafeful not to add too much or it will be too dense. This recipe will make one large pizza or you can divide it to make as many smaller pizzas or calzones you want. We just use Ragu pizza sauce and our favorite toppings. For calzones just fold the mini pizza in half and fold and pinch closed the open end. For one large pizza or calzones bake @ 350 for 20 min....mini pizza's 15 min. Thanks Blaine and Heather for the recipe!
Fun Places to Visit
Here are some of the places we have visited over the past year. This is the first time in our married lives we've been able to go on trips with just Matt and I (besides Disneyland of course). I'm glad we were able to do it, because with a new baby on the way...it may be a while before we can do that again! We've loved each of these places for different reasons, but I think Matt's and my favorite was New York.
